      Leadflow automatically monitors permanent 5.1.x recipient failures reported by your local Postfix mail service. Confirmed recipients are suppressed in all future clean exports and jobs. Temporary errors, mailbox-full responses, spam-policy blocks and unattributed delivery failures are not automatically suppressed. No paid API or SMTP mailbox probes.

      Optional: import prior confirmed hard bounces, complaints or opt-outs as TXT/CSV. Leadflow stores keyed hashes rather than plaintext recipient addresses.

      Free verification uses syntax, DNS/MX, an offline community-maintained disposable-domain list, and your hard-bounce suppressions. No paid API is required. This does not confirm individual Gmail or Outlook mailboxes; DNS-only candidates must not be treated as mailbox verified.
